This weekend I have two pieces in the Appetite for Art Show & Sale at the Best Western Prestige in Sooke BC. The executive chef for the Prestige will be creating Art inspired food and wine pairings to compliment the artwork displayed. The two pieces selected are 'Corn Fed' and 'Jack's Place'. 'Jack's Place' is actually shown in miniature in the image above. This should be a very exciting event being creative cooking is one of favourite t hings to do when I am not painting. Unfortunately the dinner is sold out but the show is open to the public at 7pm. I hope to see you there.
