Paintings by John Grey-Noble

I completed a different kind project for our friend's son Nolan. He wanted to turn one of his guitars into a special edition Beatles Guitar. I finished stripping down the body and then painted images from Yellow Submarine onto it a few weeks ago. Nolan picked it from our daughter last week and then re-assembled the guitar. Nolan also managed to pick up a great new strap to finish it off completely. I just received pictures of the completed project his morning, I hope enjoy them.

Both my paintings have been accepted into the Sooke Fine Art Show. The Exhibit runs from July 23rd to August 1st. If you are in the area please drop by and see the complete show. This year over 1,300 pieces were submitted and just over 350 pieces have been selected. Artwork will range from Jewelery to Sculpture. There will be something of interest for everyone.
